ORDERING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Ordering Process

A.     Ordering​

​

Select and checkout products and quantities that you will like to purchase. On the checkout page, please check and ensure that your order is correct before proceeding. Please provide us with your contact information so that we can contact you on your orders.

If you would like to have a contactless delivery, please indicate them on the remarks box. You may also include any other special remarks so that we can take note of them.

B.     Order Confirmation

​

Your order will be confirmed upon receipt of the full payment of the invoice amount, inclusive of any delivery fees. If full payment has not been received within 30 minutes from the submission of order, the order will be voided.

C.     Order Amendments

​

Order amendments will not be allowed upon confirmation.

​

D.     Order Cancellation

 

An order cancellation charge of SGD10.00 will be chargeable for confirmed orders due to administrative and logistics arrangements required. Please note that refund for the balance will be done in form of an e-voucher. Order cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date are not allowed.

Delivery Policy

A.     Standard Deliveries

All confirmed and paid orders will be delivered within 2-4 business days. Upon confirmation of the order, you will receive an email on the scheduled delivery date.

Deliveries will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Deliveries are available for all residential addresses in Singapore only. However, if the location falls under a restricted zone or not serviced by our delivery vendor (for e.g. Jurong Island, Sentosa, etc.), we may have to cancel the order.

 

B.      Island wide Flat Delivery Fees

All deliveries will be charged at a flat rate of SGD 8.00 for orders less than SGD 50.00 nett.

Any purchases above SGD 50.00 nett will enjoy free delivery upon checkout.

 

C.     Changes in Delivery Address

​

Any changes in delivery addresses are subjected to approval and may include additional surcharge of SGD 6.00 due to administrative and logistics arrangement required. For any changes of delivery addresses, please send us a WhatsApp message at +65 6880 9888.

We are unable to accept changes in delivery addresses within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date.

 

D.     Contactless Deliveries (During Covid-19 only)

​

We understand that you may want to reduce contact with our delivery personnel due to the Covid-19 situation. We can accept requests to leave your orders at your doorstep.

Please include such requests on the order remarks so that our delivery personnel will take note. Once your order has been delivered, our delivery personnel will drop you a text to inform you on the order delivered.

Please note that for orders requested to be left at your doorstep, we will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from this arrangement.
