Is it safe and secure to shop online?
This online store is securely created and operated by Tee Yih Jia Food Manufacturing Pte. Ltd. Your personal data is kept safe by our system, and we advise users not to use public Wi-Fi to shop.
How do I use a promo code?
If you have a promo code, you may enter the promo code in your cart prior to checkout. Any valid promo codes will reflect the discounts automatically in your final invoice.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. You do not need an account to purchase from us. However, by creating an account, you will be able to easily check and retrieve your order details.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account with your email, Facebook account or Google account.
Do you deliver internationally?
For our online store purchases, we are only able to deliver within Singapore due to the nature of our products. However, our products are distributed to more than 80 countries globally. If you are looking to purchase our products overseas, please contact us at email@example.com.
How are my purchases delivered?
We are currently using a third-party delivery vendor for all our deliveries within Singapore. During delivery, the products will be placed in a Styrofoam box temporary to minimise heat transfer and to ensure that products are kept cool as our products are frozen. Quality matters to us and it is important that you can receive the products in its optimal state.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Once your order is confirmed, they will be delivered in 2-4 business days (between Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email from us on the scheduled delivery date for your order.
*Please note that an order will only be confirmed when payment is made.
Can I specify a preferred time slot to receive my orders?
As we are working with third party logistics vendors, your delivery can only be done according to their available time slots. We will strive to improve and expand delivery options and time slots. Deliveries are expected to reach your address between 9am to 8pm on the scheduled date of delivery.
Can I opt for a contactless delivery?
Yes! Please leave a remark in the comment box to indicate your preference for a contactless delivery. Our delivery personnel will drop you a text once your order has been delivered to your doorstep.
Please note that for orders requested to be left at your doorstep, we will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from this arrangement.
Where do you deliver from?
Parcels will be collected by our logistics vendors from our headquarters in Singapore, located at 1 Senoko Road.
How can I pay for my purchases?
We currently only accept payments via PayNow. You can make payment via PayNow to Tee Yih Jia Food Manufacturing Pte Ltd (UEN: 196900630E) and indicate your order number under the "Bill Reference No."
PayNow is a peer-to-peer funds transfer service available to retail customers of nine participating banks in Singapore – Bank of China, Citibank Singapore Limited, DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and UOB. What happens after I pay for my order?
Once payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation email which includes the scheduled delivery date and a summary of the items purchased.
