Do you deliver internationally?

For our online store purchases, we are only able to deliver within Singapore due to the nature of our products. However, our products are distributed to more than 80 countries globally. If you are looking to purchase our products overseas, please contact us at tyj@tyjfood.com.

How are my purchases delivered?

We are currently using a third-party delivery vendor for all our deliveries within Singapore. Prior to delivery, frozen items are stored in the warehouse's freezer. Products will be delivered within a stipulated time frame and kept cool during transportation. Quality matters to us and it is important that you can receive the products in its optimal state.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Once your order is confirmed, they will be delivered in 2-4 business days (between Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email from us on the scheduled delivery date for your order.
*Please note that an order will only be confirmed when payment is made.

Can I specify a preferred time slot to receive my orders?

As we are working with third party logistics vendors, your delivery can only be done according to their available time slots. We will strive to improve and expand delivery options and time slots. Deliveries are expected to reach your address between 9am to 8pm on the scheduled date of delivery.

Can I opt for a contactless delivery?

Yes! Please leave a remark in the comment box to indicate your preference for a contactless delivery. Our delivery personnel will drop you a text once your order has been delivered to your doorstep.
Please note that for orders requested to be left at your doorstep, we will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from this arrangement.

We currently only accept payments via PayNow. You can make payment via PayNow to Tee Yih Jia Food Manufacturing Pte Ltd (UEN: 196900630E) and indicate your order number under the "Bill Reference No."
