Cooking & Preparation:
Remove the product from the freezer and discard any packaging. Do not thaw.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or a pan over medium heat (enough oil to submerge the Nian Gao Rolls).
Once the oil is hot, carefully drop the frozen Nian Gao Rolls into the hot oil.
Fry for 4-6 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
Remove the Nian Gao Rolls from the oil and drain on paper towels.
Serve and enjoy!
